Feel the burn baby! In Barre, you'll use tiny isometric movements and static holds to sculpt, tone, and strengthen muscles you've never known you've had! Each class begins with a warm-up, followed by a sequence of upper-body exercises, push-ups, planks and other moves to target the biceps, triceps, chest, and back muscles. Next, you'll use the ballet barre and your own body weight for resistance to focus on toning and strengthening your calf muscles, quadriceps, glutes, and thighs. Lastly you'll return to the mat for core work and flexibility training.
We've dubbed Spin as the most efficient cardio workout! Spinning is an indoor cycling class which is set to music and is suitable for all fitness levels. We emphasize that this is YOUR ride - so you can go as easy or as hard as you'd like! Your instructor will motivate you through a 45-60 minute "ride" - with various terrains, hills, sprints, all intended to challenge your cardiovascular levels while at the same time being motivated and driven by the music.

You will work in a small group of 4-5 people to progress your goals under the supervision and guidance of a certified personal trainer.
